innovJam 2024/25 Showcase - Part 1
Apr 25, 2025innovJam is a programme that offers just the right help to build the kernel of an idea, test, iterate and validate it to transform it into a fully developed learning solution that could deepen skills and impact the way people learn and increase productivity.
For the 2024/25 edition of innovJam, we have worked with innovators to integrated GenAI into real-world learning and improved L&D workflows and processes that transform the way learning is designed and delivered. The showcase was recorded on 17th April 2025 in webinar format. Registered users of this site can access this recording via the following link:

Learning challenges for the team in Part 1 are as follows:
- AcuiZen: Commercial diving involves high-risk, non-routine work requiring quick access to complex equipment manuals. Traditional manuals are lengthy and hard to search, leading to potential fatal errors. Divers must stay updated on evolving equipment and procedures.
- CherSquad: Students lack continuous, on-demand support for exam preparation. Teachers face limited resources for personalized feedback, and students struggle with self-directed learning, leading to stress and inadequate test preparation.
- COL InnovJam: Current WSQ assessments are time-intensive, inconsistent, and manual. Variability among assessors affects fairness and reliability. Assessing 10–30 learners individually increases workload and introduces errors.
- Diplomat Dolphins: Limited in-class time and scenarios for developing negotiation skills. Challenges include students' lack of assertiveness, difficulty managing conflict, and inability to adapt to diverse communication styles, hindering negotiation readiness.
- Feedback Enhancer: Students struggle to provide detailed, constructive, and tactful peer feedback despite prior training. Challenges include lack of clarity, specificity, and tact in written feedback, which affects its usefulness and emotional impact.
